I don't know what you're really looking for beyond what just the different
DUN connectoids provide?

I'm replying here just since your post provoked me to wonder something.
Does cmak.exe ("Connection Manager Administration Kit") come with win2k
as it does for win98 ?

Connectoids set up with this tool have a lot more options than normal
DUN connectoids. For each cmak profile you configure, options include
setting up program-launching or other actions:

Run Pre-Connect Actions (before connecting) ...
Run Post-Connect Actions (after connecting) ...
Run Disconnect Actions (after disconnecting) ...

For win2k there is a help file , but no exe - maybe have to install
option. Did a quick read and described a six phase process for setup.
Not very user friendly. What I want to be able to do is choose different
isp and phone numbers quickly.

Thanks

NetLaunch allows you to start and shutdown applications whenever you
connect & disconnect from the internet via Dial-Up Networking. It
allows you to schedule connections and disconnections, and can
automatically fill-in your password and press the Connect button for
you. It also gives you a handy place to keep all your popular Internet
applications.

I'm using this one on win98se, it's excellent. There is now a new
version for 2k and XP, beta just released.

No kidding! Robert had shut down development, a few years ago -- I'm pleased
to learn he's back, tanned and rested. And just in time for the 2004
Pricelessware list.

Thanks peoples, I'll take a look.

Doubtful that NetLaunch XP will make it to the PL. I think it's going
shareware... Even the BETAs are time-limited (I think!?!).

Yep, you never know when/if something will be back, nice app. There are
several others quite similar, but I've stuck with this one because..
well, I guess because it works really well!

No, I'm using version 3.14e and it's free and not time limited.
