Dialup connection Not disconnecting !

I have problem when i am trying to disconnect from the
internet by clicking connection icon. Just after the
connection, disconnection is possible but after browsing
for some time, when i try to disconnect or try to see the
connection status nothing happening. I have to restart the
pc to do this. can you please advise a solutuion ?
 
Ooo, that sounds like someone has hijacked your connection. You might have
an unpleasant surprise when you get your phone bill!

try running ad aware over your system
