Dialog Box Language changed

I'm using XP Home, and my dialog boxes have suddenly
changed to Spanish instead of English.
Anyone know whats going on?.
 
Si. Sounds like one of your 'Regional Settings' has been
changed. If you didn't do it, then maybe a
adware/spyware program did it.
