Dialog box error

I'm not too sure if this is "the" place to post this, but I came across this
error when trying to deal with some spyware. Below I've included a
screenshot.......basically it just looks like an unfinished dialog box.

In a same idea, I've a program called "AT&T Something"
which changes the startup registry. The alert message
display "ATT" (with the second "T" underlined, I suppose
because of the "&"...) funny.
