Dialog animation problem

HI,

I have a dual display system, not sure if this is the
reason.
But all dialogs come in at high speed to my display, and
dissapear with the same speed as they come, no time to
read, no time to click.
Shouldn't they stop?
Can I disable the animation ?
 
This happens with vertical taskbars.

It doesn't happen with horizontal taskbars.

If you can manage a taskbar with some other orientation, I'd be happy to
hear whether this bug applies then.
