Dialing software

I'm looking for ways to click on a telephone field in IE 6 (this is a
customer web based database I use) and for that to dial the number through a
modem.

Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Not sure this answers my question!

I want to be able to click on a telephone number within a field and for it
to dial my client and for me to be able to speak to them as normal.

All it does is save me dialing the number.

Have you disclosed your OS?

Hint: in some OS there is a communications accessory called
Windows Dialer which I think is what you are looking for.
Do a search of your harddrive for dialer in case it is there.

This question is off-topic for this newsgroup anyway
so I suggest you repost to a newsgroup which specializes in your OS.
