dialer virus help please

Hi
Has anyone seen this before , or can help me get rid of it
........????H?8^R^@ .
where the symbols before the @ & R they are a square,or rectangle symbol
...not as shown .[I copied the symbols from the character map in Georgian
font , but it hasn't pasted exactly as it should be]
when I try to update AVG anti vir ,....... ????H?8^R^@ .it asks
permission from my firewall to access the net,when deleted it from the
firewall it comes back each time I try for an update for AVG
I have ran Spybot 1.2 & AVG & they found nothing
any thoughts please

i'm sorry it hasnt posted well
but the first letter is a question mark the next 3 are Y's with " above
them
then its Hi8squareRsquare@
