Dialer is in an endless loop

What might be causing this action. No matter how many times I hit the cancel
button, the connect dialer pops right back. Help! Any ideas?

Open "Internet Options", "Connections" tab, change to "Never dial a
connection". If that doesn't help, some dialers, such as Juno have
their own dialers within their software. Try their support site. It
could be malware too.
