Dialer dials at startup

Every time my XP Home starts, it dials my ISP. This
happens even when configured so that no program or service
except XP is loaded during startup, and Task Manager
confirms nothing except XP system services are active.

How can I find and fix the source of this problem?

look up the fix for dialup,dialing at start-up and click
it,open it up and that should take care of it for you.
