Dial-up???

I have a cable modem but sometimes when i'm da net a box
will pop-up tellin me to connect to the internet and it
says dial-up. How can i get that to stop???

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools | Internet Options | Connections.
3. Configure it to never dial a connection.
