Dial up window keeps popping up on screen

I have spoken to my internet provider and made changes to
administrative tools,disabled auto connection manager, my
microsoft antispyware(Beta 1)is updated, still this dial
up window keeps popping up. Is there anyone out there
that can help me.

- Send a spywarereport to MS, if possible. Menu tools

- Download Adaware and make a redundant check.

Did you ensure that under "Connections" tab in Internet Explorer > Internet
Options, Never Dial Option is selected?

registry mechanic located 2 files and I used HijackThis
to remove them,cwshredder was of no use. A deep scan
with registry mechanic also shows about 150 other
files,but It won't let me delete them unless I register
the program. HijackThis is detecting 31 more files but
I'm not sure what to delete. So far so good,thanks Plun.
