Dial up + Remote Access

Okay I have a tricky question that I cannot figure out. I am a dial up user and I want to see my computer from my college. At home I am using POTS (Plain Old Telephone System). Can XP Professional be set up to do the following:

1) Dial up to the internet at a certain time
2) Create a remote access session (having the password pre-set)
3) Have the "token" sent using a hotmail.com account and send it my address

Is this possible, or am I asking too much of the Windows XP Professional operating system?

1. Yes... You can do this with the rasdial command (see
http://www.microsoft.com/windows200...p?url=/windows2000/en/server/help/rasdial.htm)
and Task Scheduler
2. What type of RA session? Remote Desktop or VPN? A VPN session
can be started with the same rasdial command as in part #1. If you
want Remote Desktop, it won't work well since you won't be able to
control it by scripting easily.
3. Not sure what you mean here.
