Dial-up ports

I have opened port numbers 137-139,53,3389,1723,47 and 123. I still
cannot dial-up to my network. The message says that the computer did
not respond. Any ports I'm missing? Would appreciate any input.
 
Are you using dialup [modem/ISDN] or VPN [L2TP or PPTP]?
 
I am using Dial-up.
