I can't get the password to save correct. I try to save
the password, but when I try to connect it has changed to
a long password of 15-19 characters. It does this
everytime and I have tried to make new connections of
different types and tried it on different users and it
still does the same.

XP disguises the length of your password as a security measure. The
actual saved password should be right.
