I converted my friends computer from Win 2000 to XP and
everything went great accept that I can no longer use my
modem to connect to the internet. I went to the internet
connection wizard but the connection for setting up a
dial up network is greyed out and can't be used. The only
thing it will let me do is set up for DSL or LAN but I
only have a 56K modem not a network card in the system.
System config says my modem is working correctly.
Any info would be appreciated,
