dial-up modem and windows fax

Is it possible to have the computer (Windows XP home) set up so that I
connect to my ISP via a dial-up, but when there is an incoming call,
the computer disconnects to receive the call. It is our desingated fax
line, so all the incoming calls should be faxes. (Windows fax, although
I haven't checked any third party stuff yet.)
