Dial-UP icons dissapearing from desktop

what's going on here????...when my clients log on to their win2k sp3 machines, the icons are no longer there...we always have to re-create them, they are very upset about this...i heard this might be a known issue..can someone confirm this?

were using the Client Connection Manager/Advance TS client.

any help on this would be great and let me know if you need more info

Is it possible that you have locally cached profiles being
deleted on logout, yet you are using roaming profiles that
aren't roaming properly?

If you watch the user's icons as they logout, are they
being deleted or moved somewhere?
