If I want to stop dial up fraud what numbers do i need to bar from my phone?
Is it simply enough to bar premium rate numbers or do i need to bar
international numbers to?

This is a cr&ppy way of solving the problem. Why don't you secure your
PC properly, so it can't be used for SPAM and DoS attacks against
everyone else on the planet (=as well as= not being used to dial premium
rate numbers).

Does the virus actually eliminate the popup dialog window that asks YOU
if you want to dial out? Why haven't your configured the dial-up
connectoid to prompt with a dialog BEFORE it actually dials out?
