Dial-Up connection

I am setting upa laptop for a client that requires a dial-
up connection to AOL. In Network & Dial-Up Connections,
I choose Dial-Up to the Internet, I setup an Internet
Connection manually, I connect through a phone line and a
modem. I enter the access phone number of AOL. I then
enter the user name and password. I finish the
Connection Wizard and receive the error, Cannot create a
new dial-up networking connection for your Internet
Service Provider. I do connect to the AOL site (the
modem is working properly), but I cannot connect to the
web from within the AOL interface.
Any help or advice would be deeply appreciated.

I think you have to have the AOL software installed, and
do all the config trough the AOL software...
