Windows XP Dial Up Connection Box

When i'm on the internet i sometimes get the grey Dial Up Connection box appear with the Connect To,User Name, Password boxes already having my details and the save password box ticked and the connect automatically unticked and then the 3 options boxes below connect , settings and work Offline ,what i usually do is click the x in the top corner and then refresh the internet page i was on so i get a small box appear saying connect or stay offline so i click connect and carry on with the internet again but it's been happening to often this morning and i'm getting fed up of it,can someone tell me what options to do so i don't keep getting this box appear.
