Hi
I have three sites that are separated from each other by
routers and each of them using defrent IP address, all of
them are using Static IP address !! I did not do it ,

now I'm going to implement the DHCP on those sites but my
question is what is the best way to do that, do I need to
install one DHCP server on each site to assign IP address
or should I configure one DHCP server on one site and
create Supper scope for two others, I'm not sure if that
will work, I;m not sure even if I install three DHCPs one
on each site then these sites can communicate with each
other or not,

please advice me.

you should be able to use the same scope, but you will
need a DHCP Relay Agent on a member server/dc - on each
segment that doesn't have the DHCP server on it.

Hello,

One scope should suffice. You will not need to add superscopes. Superscopes
are for clients on the same wire. Placing a router into the eqaution
negates this need. The router, as it forwards DHCP requests, will append
its address into the DHCP giaddr field. When it receives the DHCPDISCOVER
message, the DHCP server sends a DHCPOFFER directly to the relay agent
identified in the GIADDR field, and the agent relays the message to the
DHCP client.

A regular scope should accomplish your goals.
