Why there are many internal IP adress assign to one computer ,and the
network ID is 'Ras'?

You have Remote Access Server "RAS" set to have DHCP
assign addresses to dial in users. Since this changes
frequently the same computer name may recieve several IP's
as they dial in at different times. Unlike when they are
on the network DHCP does not try to hand out the same IP
to a MAC address on the network card based on the reserve
time you have set which is normally 3 days. So even once
they shutdown and leave for a day when they come back DHCP
has their last IP still reserved and again assigns it to
their machine. Hope this helps some. You can within RAS
set a range of IP's that are assigned but DHCP is better
as any changes are auto relayed instead of having to make
changes at the RAS server also.
