I am looking for a way to have only the company owned pc's
that our part of Active Directory allowed onto the
network. By default, DHCP provides an address to any and
all that request it. I need to prevent users from
connecting to the network unless they are part of the
domain.

Have you considered using Reservations whereby you
associate a MAC Address with an IP Address or have you
considered using VLANs?

Thats what i do (in part of my network) I only allow the
mac address of units i know are allowed on my network.
The problem is half inventory control, and half network
menagement. WHen a new nic is installed, or some other
reason causes a MAC change, the DHCP server must be
updated. it creates more paperwork, but i only use it in
PART of my network.
