DHCP problems in Win2000

[DHCP problems in Win2000]

When I try to release by typing ipconfig /release under
w2k, prompt: All adapters bound to DHCP do not have DHCP
addresses.

My network is access internet by a Reuter.

Who can tell me what happened ?
