Hi all

I've got a problem. I set up a win 2003 server ent. and i installed a dhcp.
The nic has this ip: 10.1.1.1 subn:255.255.255.0

I want, that the DHCP gives this ips 10.1.5.1 -10.1.5.254

How can i make, that the DHCP gives IP's that aren't in the same segment
that the dhcp server?
Later i've to use the DHCP for the RRAS service.

PLZ Help!!

You can give the network adapter another IP address 10.1.5.1/24, then it
should work out.

Your local subnet is not the one that you use in the scope 10.1.5.0/24, so
you need to tell the router where the subnet 10.1.5.0/24 is located at that
it acts as DHCP-Relay Agent (sometimes DHCP-Helper) and tell the router the
DHCP-Server IP where the scope is ative ......
