Hi,
i´m using the 2X thin client- solution in a Windows- environement. I´ve
bought some clients with onboard Via Rhine II Network cards, wich tries
first to boot from a Multicast TFTP server till they´ll get a time out then
they continue booting from "normal" TFTP. The problem is the long time till
they get the time out, it´s about 5 minutes. I havn´t found an option to
disable mtftp-boot on the nics. i´ve found some instructions for Linux to
set up the Linux- DHCP server to send a 0.0.0.0 as mtftp- ip adresse. Is
there a way to do this on a Windows 2000 DHCP-Server.
