DHCP on XP

I know that Windows 2000/2003 Server is primarily used for DHCP addressing.
But can DHCP Server be ran off Windows XP Pro OS? If so, how?

I believe third party software can help to turn XP Pro to a DHCP server. For
example, DHCPTurbo (http://tucows.hgcbroadband.com/preview/265297.html)
