DHCP on VLAN

Dear Sir
My company has 1100 clinets.n we have 15 swtiches.we deploy VLAN.if could be possiable we apply DHCP on VLAN
our IP series is 10.1.5.0,10.1.1.0.10.1.2.0.10.1.3.0.......10.1.15.0.
 
Inter-Vlan traffic is impossible without Router..
you can instruct your router to forward DHCP broadcast.
But it is not recommended.
