Is there a way to get the list of all entries of current
machine names and their IP addresses from the DHCP list in
Excel spreadsheet format or any other format?

Use the MMC -- like most MMCs when you right-click on a "left hand" browser
item you can "export" a list of what appears in the left hand data pane.

Before doing this, choose View\Add-Remove Columns to select your
preferences.

The list can be exported in text or csv (great for Excel) format (CSV might
be new
in Win2003.)

If this doesn't meet your needs consider using "NetSh -c "DHCP Server"
and the Scope context to list such items (and perhaps parse them with a Perl
script) before importing them to Excel.
 
You must install the AdminPak.msi on the workstation and then
create (if it doesn't) and MMC with the DHCP snap-in.
