DHCP lease obtain and expired at the same time

I have a laptop that has 2 NIC one standard and one
wireless. Now I am getting slow logons and logoffs. I
have checked the usually and I have noticed that the dhcp
ip address is obtained and expired as the same time.

does anyone know what could be causing this and if this
would cause the slow logons and off?

1. Don't run two nics at the same time if they are addressed from the same
subnet. Disable one of them.

2. Even if they are in two different subnets, one of them must be Primary.
Make sure the "best one for the job" is set as the Primary. As long as the
Primary one is always fully functional the machine should boot up more
smoothly.
