Hi all,
I have a Windows 2000 network running DHCP and DNS. This
all works fine!!
I now need to connect our network to another network and
we have had the cabling put in for this.
They run windows NT servers and DHCP and DNS.
We did a test connection between the two networks and the
cables are fine so now we need to move forward.
Do we need to setup a router between these networks to
allow comunication between them? During our test we
rebooted the PC on the 'other' network and it aquired an
IP address from 'my' network!! Obvioulsy this is NOT a
good thing.
Any help much appreciated.
