DFS error

I am trying to setup a DFS root but every time I tried to create one I receive the message that the network request is not supported. When I tried to view an existing one thru the DFS console I get a RPC server unavailable message. Any Ideas would help. THx
 
Look at http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=250545
and disable cd burning software.
