dfrgfat.exe error

Hello,
I have windows Xp professional, and i keep getting
errors from dfrgfat.exe. It says to click ok to terminate
program or click cancel to debug, but no matter how many
times i click cancel it won't debug. I am getting very
tired ofit. Even if i just start the computer and let it
sit and not do anyhting, it stills shows up. Help would
be much appreciated. I searched my comp and the places
where it was found
where: 'C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386\dfrgfat.exe'
and 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\dfrgfat.exe'

Hello!
dfrgfat.exe command is associated with Defrag FAT file
system.You go for checkdisk and be sure whether there is
any bad sector or not.
The particular error may be cured if you install service pack.
One thing I want to know-Are you using Diskeepr?Please let
me know.

I have no clue what diskeeper is at all :( but i will
do disk defrag. thanks.

Nick,

dfrgfat.exe is the defrag engine used by the built-in defragmenter and
Diskeeper (Diskeeper will replace with an updated dfrgfat.exe).

If you are having problems, I'd suggest that you perform a CHKDSK /R on the
drive (may require a reboot to perform) and see if you still have problems.
