In XP, when cursor put on "Turn Off Computer", instead of
quickly going through the turnoff procedure, a box comes
up labled DEVLDR, with a bar showing its progress
in "loading" or "unloading". But the computer still takes
two minutes shutting down. It might be from
C:\WINDOWS\PREFETCH\DEVLDR32.EXE. On a separate laptop
with XP, with same PREFETCH files, this file does not
appear. Also, on the laptop, checking for DEVLDR*.* /S,
no such file shows up. Any ideas about this? THANKS
