devise drivers clash while I am booting

I have problem starting system since I ug to XP Home edition SP2 from Windows
98 Second Editon. I get error that devise drivers clash all the time. What
should I do. Microsoft tech have not been able to help me to solve this
issue. I have done recovery console twice. Pls help?

Have you tried updating your device drivers to the newest ones that are SP2
compatalbe?
