device status Code 10

every time i try to install my wireless card WPC54G, I
have an error : "This Device Cannot Start (Code 10)"

what to do ?
 
Make sure that the device is enabled in both the OS and in the system bios
and that the interrupt(s) are available (if applicable).
This error code is indicating that the device driver is either loaded, but
not enabled or, there is a resource conflict.
Does the device have a red X or a yellow exclamation point?
Do you have the proper driver installed?
