Device Drivers in Win Update

When I run the windows update page, the device drivers
option remains grey after the scan. It doesn't even say
(0) after it. The scan isn't checking for device
drivers. Is there a way to turn them on?

including one from a guy from microsoft requesting info aout this.

Can someone please send me a screen shot of what this
looks like? I would like to look into this error. If
possible could you also send me your machine config
information?
