Developing a Blog

I have a website created in FP 2003 and I want to add a blog to it. I've
looked at several different free blog software packages. Does anyone have
any experience developing a blog? If so, what direction should I go?

a photo gallery and forums. You can see the forums at asp.net [2]. This
software used to be called .Text.
