I have many programs that are configured to automatically load upon starting
up WinXP Pro. Recently when I log in and the autostart programs are loading
are hear either two or three beeps indicating that one of the autostart
programs did not load properly. At least I believe that is what the beeps
are indicating. Is there an easy way to figure out which autostart programs
are not loading due to problems? I know I can look in the processes windows
and compare to what is listed in the autostart configuration but many of the
programs being loaded don't have really descriptive filenames and there are
more than 20 different programs so its difficult to do a one to one
comparison.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi William,

This page lists many of the apps that load at bootup.

Run the Startup Tracker to see what is loading:
