Determine Network DHCP allocated IP addresses

I have problems with a network printer which appears to change the IP
address that is allocated by DHCP server.

I asked previously if there was a program that could find out what
addresses had been allocated by I can no longer locate the name or the
program itself.

Could someone who knows of a program to list the IP addresses of all
devices on a network please let me know the name so I can get it again
This time I will try not to lose it.

If your DHCP is provided by a Router that can be set for IP reservation you
can configure it to give the printer the same IP at every lease.
Otherwise assign the Printer a static IP that is out of the DHCP range.
