Determine Fle Properties

Most files (jpg, pdf, office etc) from Windows Explorer have the ability to
store data under their Summary Properties via the right mouse click.

Is there some VBA code that I can use to determine these data in these
properties (most notably Title) from Access. Unfortunately I am not able to
be limited to just Office files.
