Detecting terminal services

Is there any way that I can detect if terminal services are being using
to connect to the machine my application is running on or if the user is
physically sat at the local machine?

I believe there are some Win API routines introduced with Win2K that will
return that info, use google.com/microsoft.html to search for it

I have in fact seen it but I can't find the link right now.
