Detecting Dialup in XP

In windows NT you can see if RASMON.exe is running to
detect dialup. Does anyone know of a way to do such in
Windows XP?
 
How do you want to detect this? There are several ways,
from looking at the Network Connections folder, to
running "rasdial" with no arguments (which will display
any current connections), to calling the RAS APIs
programmatically.
