Hi Sometimes safe mode is needed. - Send a spywarereport about this to MS, menu tools. - Restart in safe mode and try again with deepscan. (press F8 during reboot), before scanning do step 1 and 2 from below URL. - Maybe you also needs other tools/methods to overcome this. Follow this. http://aumha.org/a/quickfix.php
