Detect & Repair not working

When I tried using the Detect & Repair in Office Outlook 2003 I got the
following error. "The installation source for this product is not available.
Verify that the source exists and that you can access it." I've tried
everything including trying to re-install the whole Microsoft Office
Professional 2003 CD and I still get the same error. Re-installing XP didn't
help either. Anything else I can do to fix this. Reformatting my computer is
not an option until after Christmas since I need blank CDs to backup files.
