Your subject doesn't match reality. Your old data is still there, you just
don't know how to locate it. Enable viewing hidden files and folders. Then
start Outlook and click FIle>Open>Outlook Data File. Browse to
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook and locate
your old PST file. Select it and click OK. You'll now have access to it.
CLick Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next and in the "Delivery new e-mail to the
following location" drop-down at the bottom, select the old Personal
Folders. Stop and restart Outlook and you'll have it all back.

I had the same issue, however I also lost my contacts/calendar/tasks. I was
able to restore my email with the info below, but this did not bring back the
other 3 items.

Where can I retrieve those?

Thanks

All that data is stored in the pst file
