detect.htm and s_detect.htm help

I got attacked by a website 2 times with spyware, malware or whatever the
stuff is called. the 1st round I managed to patch it up, but I forget to
delete the website off my favorites and went to it again a few days later. I
got attacked Worse. Now with every internet explorer window I open OR folder
I open I get these 2 pop-ups

File:///C:/WINNT/system32/drivers/detect.htm
File:///C:/WINNT/system32/drivers/s_detect.htm

I used Spyware Doctor to fix it the attack, and I believe it worked. And I
have removed the folders in the "programs folder" that weren't meant to be
there (I know what I had and didn't as I just formatted my PC and couldn't do
it again.

How dod I put back or replace these 2 files? Even when I upgraded to I.E.7
it didn't patch it :( Help Please?

I'm assuming that you're getting the error message that these files
can't be found. You don't *want* to replace those files; they are part
of the malware. To remove the startup call for them, use the System
Configuration Utility:

Start>Run>msconfig [enter]

This brings up the System Configuration Utility. Look on the Startup tab
and find the probable culprit. Uncheck the box next to its name, Apply
and OK out. You don't need to restart immediately, but the next time you
do you'll get a dialog saying you've used the Utility. Just tick the box
that says in effect, "don't bother me about this again".

Important - Do not use the System Configuration Utility to stop
processes. Instead, use Start>Run>services.msc [enter] and do not stop
any services unless you really, really know what you're doing.
