From your description, I understand that you would like to know why you
will get an extra data in your record when you open it in Form.
However, I am not sure about what do you mean by Yes/No-control, Do you
mean it is an Check Box or Radio Box or something else? I could not
understand your words "run the report I get one record in addition to the
groupFooters", Would you please show me your PrintScreen or some records to
reproduce this on my machine? It's appreciated if you could show me some
sample data related with your Reports?
Based on my knowledge,I think some parameter may cause the error and one
more record when opening the report. The following codes works fine when I
try to open my report
DoCmd.OpenReport "Report1", acViewPreview
