Yeah I see how to filter tasks that are complete, in progress, etc. etc...
but how do I set a filter that will show all tasks except those complete? I
do NOT want to see completed tasks in this view.

-Chris

When you have pressed the Filter button go to the tab Advanced. For field
choose All Note fields->"Completed" and set it to "Equals no". Add the
statement and press OK.

Bingo. That was the only thing I didn't look at.

Question: SQL?? Why SQL? Does Outlook 2003 use a version of SQL (2000, not
"Yukon" I would assume) for storage or something?

-Chris

SQL is for SQL queries. Like a really advanced and customizable filter sort
of speak.
