Detail picking up all records instead of one

I obviously have difficulties with explaining my problems on this discussion
so I would like to send someone my database and tell them whats wrong so they
can see it......any volunteers??
 
I don't see any previous posts in this NG from tcorlew.

It's a bit much to expect anyone to accept your database on a volunteer
basis. News groups are for discussions and hopefully resolutions where we
can all read them.
